My answer was C) The Prime Minister. I thought PM is head of the govt, and he gets to decide who is the head of the judiciary. Waise, collegium system is the Supreme Court's way of selecting judges, right?

Actual answer is D) The Speaker of the Lok Sabha. Speaker is only a Lok Sabha member and has no say in SC judge selection.
