Actual answer is D) The Speaker of the Lok Sabha. Speaker is only a Lok Sabha member and has no say in SC judge selection.

Bhai, ek accha sawal hain. Main sochta hoon ki Constitutional Law ka Twist kya hain? To hamesha ka reply yah hota hai ki yeh subject keval theory aur case laws par nahin hai, balki ismein politics aur judiciary ki ladai bhi involved hai. Ismein sabse badi twist yeh hai ki koi bhi case law aaj kal ka ho ya purana, uska implication aaj ka samay par bhi hota hai.
