Mujhe lagta hai ye sawal tricky hai kyonki article 213 ka use khaas case mei kiya ja sakta hai, jaise ki President ko apne absence mei Governor ki koi order pasand ni karna ya koi special emergency mei state ke liye order dene ki koi jarurat. Lekin correct approach yah hai ki article 213 ka validity check karna chaahiye Article 143 (President's Reference) ke under. Ismei President ki authority check hoti hai aur article 213 ka order ka validity clear ho jata hai.
