Constitutional Law Ka Jhatka
constitutional clat_ug beginner rantArre yaar, Constitutional Law is like trying to understand a Bollywood song - you think you get it, but then it's all like " Wait, what was that again?" Article 14, 15, 16... it's like a maze of laws that'll give you a headache. And don't even get me started on the "reasonable restrictions" part - it's like, woh kahan hai? In the Arnab Goswami case, the SC said the restrictions on free speech were reasonable, but in another case, they said it's all wrong... woooow, mind blown.
But seriously, to understand this, focus on the 'basic structure' doctrine explained in I.C. Golaknath vs State of Punjab (1967).

"Maine yeh book padha hai, par maine yeh vichar rakha hai ki yeh Constitutional Law kuchh adhik samay tak sambhavit hai. Yeh book sirf Constitutional History ki pehchan karne se bharjait nahin hoti hai. Kuchh modern issues aur judgements ko bhi shamil karna jaroori hai, jo abhi samsyaon ko samjhne mein madad karenge.
