- Law Mantra app, it has a lot of study material but very disorganized

Yaar, I don't think it's that simple. Khud ko constitutional law mein mastery dilana hai to koi magic book ya notes nahin aayenge. Aapko practice, revision aur case study karne ki jarurat hai. Video tutorials toh bahut acche hain, lekin koi specific book ya notes ko follow karne ka nakaara hai, sabke pas alag hi jarurat hain.
