Constitutional Law Crash Course
constitutional judiciary intermediate schedule_helpI'm studying for Judicial Services in India and I've got a tight schedule to cover the entire subject. I've planned to give 2 hours daily for the next 60 days, focusing on the basics: Fundamental Rights, Directive Principles, and Federal Structure. I'll cover around 2-3 chapters from "Indian Constitutional Law" by D.D. Basu every day, making notes and trying to understand the underlying principles. Should I also include case studies (e.g. Keshavananda Bharati, Golaknath, Kesavananda Bharati vs. Union of India)? Or focus more on the theory and then do a quick scan of case law? What about online resources like the UPSC official website or some YouTube channels? Is this a decent plan, or should I adjust my schedule and priorities?

Maine khud bhi "Constitutional Law Crash Course" padha hai, lekin mujhe lagta hai ki yeh crash course kafi ghar ke khana hai. Isme kuch bhi depth nahin hai. Main ek aur khaas jagah pe jaana chahta hoon - Fundamental Rights aur Directive Principles ke beech ka antar. Aapne is topic par kuch vishesh focus nahin kiya hai.
Yeh crash course bahut achhi lagegi, especially Preamble, Fundamental Rights aur Directive Principles topics ka explanation. Article 14, 19 aur 21 par dhyaan dein. Constitutional Bench judgments ka analysis bhi bahut accha hai, khud ko samajhne ke liye bahut helpful hoga. Main isse recommend karta hoon, aapko Constitutional Law mein depth milne wala hai. Shuru karne ke liye to the point aur clear explanation.
