Constitutional Law aur Main, Khatam Hoon!

Main to abhi tak hazaar baar "Fundamental Rights" padha hoon, lekin ye ek cheez pehli baar hai jo mujhe thoda confusion mein rakhti hai. Fundamental Rights aur Directive Principles of State Policy ke beech ka difference toh main samajh gaya hoon, lekin yah cheez hai: yeh kya hai ki Fundamental Rights ka implementation Supreme Court ka duty hai, lekin agar Directive Principles ka implementation na ho to kya hoga? Aur yeh kya hai ki agar ek Directive Principle ko implementation karne se koi problem aati hai to Supreme Court kya karega? Abhi tak mujhe ek clear answer nahi mila hai, aur exam ke 3 din bache hain. Main to kharab ho gaya hoon!
