Constitutional Law - A Mock Test Nightmare
constitutional clat_pg intermediate experience_shareSo, I was studying for my CLAT PG and AILET PG exams and I made a mock test for myself. I was feeling pretty confident in my Constitutional Law section. I have always been weak in Article 21, so I focused on it a bit more. I started the test with a question on the Kharak Singh vs the State of UP (1962) case. I got it right, but I felt like I was just memorizing the facts.
Next, I stumbled upon a question on Shreya Singhal vs Union of India (2015), which I got wrong. I knew I was weak in internet freedom cases. I scored 7/10 in the Constitutional Law section, which left me with a score of 40% in the overall mock test. Article 21 and the basics of Fundamental Rights still give me the jitters.

Mujhe lagta hai ki yeh topic bahut zyada over-rated hai. Sabhi students ko pata hai ki aapke constitutional rights aur duties ko samajhna thoda bhi mohaabat aapke future career pe hoga. Lekin yeh mock test ki wajah se nahin. Ismein humein apne vichaar aur gyan ka vikas karne ki zada avsar hai, aur woh koi mock test kaam nahi karega.
