Section 13(2) of the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002 provides that any offence committed under the Act can be prosecuted only in a special court established under the said Act. Kya iski constitutional validity hai?

Mujhe pata hai ki woh Judicial Review nahi karta, lekin mujhe lagta hai ki yeh Section 13(2) Judiciary ki autonomy ki violation hai kyonki yeh Special Courts ko high judiciary se independent bana raha hai (wrong, main jaanta hoon).
