Kya ye dono hi contracton ke terms hain, ya fir difference hain? Main ne TS LAWCET ka syllabus padha hai, lekin yeh concepts mujhe confusion mein daal rahe hain. Implied Term ka matlab yeh hai ki contract mein terms nahin likhe hue bhi, woh lagataar apply hote hain, jaise koi contract mein "seller ko product supply karna" likha hai, to "seller ko product supply karne ke liye ek vishesh method ka upayog karna" implied term ho sakta hai.
