Confusion de ja vu in Section 31 of CPC - Limitation Period for Recovery of Money Due

Koi log bata sakte hain ki jo kuch maine seekha hai, wahi galat hai ya phir koi dusri galti? Maine padha hai ki Section 31 ke hisab se, if someone files a suit for recovery of money due within 3 years from date of cause of action, it's all good, right? But then phir Section 31 (4) ke hisab se, if the plaintiff has a knowledge of cause of action within 3 years, the limitation period starts from that day. Kya ye don't contradict the first part?

Arre, maine bhi yeh section thoda confuse feel kiya hai. Meri aapko pata hai kya, CPC mein Section 31 ke under Limitation period 3 years hai, lekin Section 29 ke under, limitation period start hogi jaldi hi, jab tak money paid na ho. Lagta hai kuch confusion ho gaya hai, kya aaplog kuch examples de sakte hain?
Arre yaar, Section 31 ko dekhkar toh yeh to de ja vu hai, ya phir yeh Section 31 ka de ja vu hai CPC mein. Limitation period ka concept to hai, lekin ismein lagataar ya nirantar kaavidaayak vastuon ka dhyan rakhna jaruri hai. Jaise ki Section 3(1)(c) ko dekhkar, to lagta hai lagataar karya ke liye ek alag time period hai.
