Kya hum kisi case ka reference de sakte hain jaha judicial review ki zaroorat padhi? Maine socha ki Reg. vs. Electricity Board v/s Mahesh Chandra (1985) ka reference diya ja sakta hai, lekin vahi case me dar ke khilafa dar ke khilafa dar ke khilaaf decision aayi thi. Main to samajh nahi paa raha hoon.
