Confused between 'Right to Life' aur 'Right to Freedom' under Article 21

jurisprudence ap_lawcet beginner doubt

Yaar samajh nahi aaya! I've been watching online lectures and reading notes, but somehow these two concepts are getting mixed up in my head. Right to Life (Article 21) and Right to Freedom (Article 19) - kya dono ek hi hain ya alag-alag? In both cases, courts have interpreted the provisions to give more rights to citizens, but still, I get confused when trying to differentiate between these two fundamental rights. In Maru Ram v. Union of India, Supreme Court mentioned that 'right to life' includes 'right to live with human dignity', while in Bandhua Mukti Morcha v. Union of India, right to freedom was restricted in the name of 'public order'. But, kya yeh dono hi ek hi concept ka part nahi hain?
