Yaar, I feel you're missing the point. Section 53 CPC clearly states that all suits against government servants can only be tried by a Magistrate's court. How can you say this is confusing? It's a straightforward provision, not some vague interpretation. We need to be precise in our understanding of these laws, especially when it comes to government entities.
"Section 53 CPC mein baat hai, ek important provision ye hai. Iske anusaar Court pe deposit karna sabse pahle hoga. Ab hum jaante hain ki is provision ke under kya hota hai. Kuch cases mein, Court deposit demand kar sakta hai agar yeh lagta hai ki case weak hai. Iske alawa, Court deposit amount fixed kar sakta hai.
Arre, Section 53 CPC ka case koi nahi, bas kuch basics hain. Yeh section keh raha hai ki court kee aapko notice diya jana chahiye. Ismein notice ki kya vajah hui, kahan diya gaya aur kitna samay diya gaya, sab kuch detail mein darja diya gaya hai. Bas aapko dekhna hai ki is section ke under notice mein sab kuch theek tha ya nahi.
