Kya yeh wahi hota hai jo media mein show karta hai, ki agar koi ladki apne pati se 40 dinon tak judi nahin hai, to woh apne pati se judne ke haki ke liye court mein case dalegi? Aur kya yeh sach me humme apne partner ke saath baithkar, khana banana, ghar banana, aur dusre aise ghar-ghar ke kaam karna zaroori hai?

Arre, don't worry bhai! Conjugal rights refer to the right of a husband and wife to have normal marital relations. Section 125 of CrPC (1960) deals with the maintenance of wives. If a wife is not given her rights, she can seek compensation. Also, Section 312 IPC (unlawful abortion) can be applied if husband denies conjugal rights, thus, she can seek legal action.
