Conceptual Overlap: 'Coparcenary' vs 'Karta'

family judiciary intermediate doubt

Yaar samajh nahi aaya, main to 3 baar Bare Act padho hua hoon, lekin 'coparcenary' aur 'karta' ka concept to bina shak mein confused hua hoon. Section 6 of the Hindu Succession Act (1956) mein kaha gaya hai ki 'coparcenary' mein parivar ke sabhi purn varg lakshy ke members shaamil hote hain, lekin Section 28 of the Hindu Succession Act (1956) kehte hain ki 'karta' ko vishesh aadhaar diya jata hai. Lekin main samajh nahi pa raha hoon ki donon concepts ka kya farq hai? Arey please help, isse meri khatir Judicial Services ke liye bhi confused hoon.

Kya baat hai! You guys are mixing up concepts here. Coparcenary refers to a group of people who hold property jointly, usually in a joint Hindu family. Karta, on the other hand, is the manager of the property - essentially the patriarch or head of the family. Karta is a part of the coparcenary, but they are not same hai.
