Conceptual Conflation: Transfer of Property vs. Assignment of Rights

Yaar samajh nahi aaya... I'm stuck on this TPA concept. Transfer of property wala section (Transfer of Property Act 1882) and assignment of rights wala clause (Transfer of Property Act 1882, Section 85) don't seem to be distinct concepts. Both seem to involve transfer of rights or interests from one person to another, but somehow I'm getting it as two different things.

Kya yeh dono hi different ways of transferring property hain? Aur agar dono hi transfer hain, toh kya difference hai unmein? Ya phir Transfer of Property wala hai property ka pata-chalaav, aur assignment wala hai right ya interest ka transfer hai. Koi bata sakta hai mujhe kya difference hai? Please help, yaar...
