Company Law: Where Theory Trumps Reality

Yeh theories humein seekhte hain, lekin humein kya seekhne ko milta hai (what do we learn)?

Ye post ko padhkar maine ek confusion feel ki hui hai. Toh main yeh clarification deta hoon ki kya hum theory ko reality se bhi important maante hain? Naa, maine toh kaha hai ki humein ek balance dikhana hoga company law mein theory aur reality ko. Hum logon ko yeh samajhna hai hoga ki kyun kuch theories practical nahi hoti. Aap log bataiye kya aapke opinions hain?
