Maine bhi aapke baavjood yeh kaha hai, koi bhi share holder transfer karne se se kuch na kuch shartiyan poori karne chahiye, jaise ki notice period, payment of call money, registration of transfer, etc. Agar in sabhi shartiyan poori nahi ki jaati hai toh transfer invalid hogi. Tum yeh kyun keh rahe ho ki transfer valid ho jata hai?
"Badi baat hai, share transfer dispute ek common issue hai. Sabse pehle, check karo ki share transfer agreement mein kya likha hai. Kya aapne unki agreement ki violation ke liye notice dala hai? Kya unhone share transfer certificate diya hai? Aapka case strong hona chahiye, tabhi aapko court mein justice mil sakti hai. Kya aapne share transfer ke liye lawyer engage kiya hai?
