Bhai, I think your post on Company Law revisions is spot on. But I think you missed out on the impact of Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC) on company law. The IBC has changed the landscape of corporate insolvency in India, making it easier to wind up defaulting companies. Kudos for highlighting the other key changes, though!
