Company Law: Overemphasis on Memorizing Section Numbers

We focus so much on memorizing section numbers, case names, and concepts, but not enough on understanding the underlying principles and policies. It's like we're just studying a recipe, not the actual dish. I mean, what's the point of knowing Section 155(3) of the Companies Act, 2013, if you don't understand why it's there in the first place?
We need to shift our focus from rote learning to critical thinking and analyzing the implications of these laws. We need to ask ourselves, "What's the purpose of this law?", "What's the intent behind it?" and "How does it impact the real world?" Only then can we truly grasp the subject and not just regurgitate it for exams.

" Company law syllabus chala ho gaya hai. Lekin, honestly, yeh syllabus abhi bhi kafi complex hai. Sabse bada issue yeh hai ki humein section number yaad rakhna padta hai. Yeh kya hai? Main toh yeh nahi samajhta ki section number hai aur yeh kya kar rahi hai. Sabse zaroori hai ki humein concept aur principles understand karein, no mere section numbers.
Maine aapki baat puri tarah se samjhi! Company Law mein section numbers yaad karna bahut hi zaroori hai, lekin iske saath hi aapko concept bhi samajhna chahiye. Kuch student aur professionals mere dimaag se lagaayat hain ki yeh only section numbers yaad karna hota hai, phir bhi vah samajhne mein asafal rahte hain.
