Ye notes bahut hi achhe hote hain, maine bhi taxmann se company law notes paye hain and they are really helpful. Chalo, UPSC ke liye humein aage badhna hai, isme se humein kuch learn karna hoga. Arrey, I think you're being a bit too harsh on Taxmann notes, yaar! I've used them for my LLB, and I think they're decent. Okay, may be not perfect, but still woh bhi kuch nahi. Their coverage of corporate governance is quite good, and their explanations are usually to the point. May be the language is a bit dry, but it's easy to follow. Don't write them off completely, aise notes kaam karte hain, lekin improvement ho sakta hai.
