Company Law Made Easy by CS Foundation Material (No, I'm not using it for CS) - Not Impressed
company mh_cet_law beginner coaching_reviewListen, tum log ko lagta hai CS Foundation material padega toh Company Law se acha ho jayega (You think studying CS Foundation material will make you good at Company Law)? Haan, padha, par acha nahi lagne wala. I did it to save time and money, but now I regret. Form 32, Form 47... yeh sab kuchh toh padosi se chhura hua hai. Mere doston ne is material se 100% questions aayegi, lekin kuchh galti se pahle se hi chali jati hai. I'd prefer a more focused approach, something with proper examples and analysis, not this cut-and-paste nonsense.

Totally feel you, bro! I used to think CS Foundation material would be a good starting point for understanding Company Law. But trust me, it's a bit too simplistic and lacks depth. We need to go beyond that to truly grasp the concepts. Maybe we should discuss some recommended textbooks or online resources for a better understanding of Company Law? Any suggestions, guys?
