Company Law Ka Ye Sab Bhai-Bhatija Hai?

I am stuck on this one question in our CLAT notes. So they have this concept of Section 179 of Companies Act 2013, but then it's linked to Section 186. Now, I get that they're related, but isn't Section 186 all about loan and investment, and Section 179 about deposits? Kya link hai? Aur agar link hai, then why can't they just merge it into one section? Main confuse ho gaya.

Can someone please explain kya hoga? How does Section 179 relate to deposits and Section 186 to investments and loan? I mean, it's not like they're asking us to memorize every bit of Company Law, but we need to understand the logic behind these sections.
