Company Law for Judicial Services - Notes and Study Materials ka Darr Hai

I'm totally stuck with Company Law notes and materials for Judicial Services. I've tried R.K. Bangia's Company Law, the one by S.P. Kashyap (don't even remember the title), but honestly, they're a bit too dry for my taste. I also attempted the M. P. Jain's book, but it's like trying to drink from a firehose - too much info and not enough practical examples. I've watched some YouTube lectures, but honestly, they're all just a jumble of notes from some coaching class. Has anyone got any solid recommendations for notes, study materials, or even online resources that are actually helpful for company law? Something that can make this subject less of a nightmare?
