Common misconception alert
constitutional judiciary beginner myth_bustYe coaching institutes kya karte hain, people ko confuse karte hain. Pehle to koi baat nahi, Constitution ka Article 14 kehnda hai ki "State shall not deny any person equality before the law" lekin koi nahi jaanta ki iske andar ek condition hai, "Equality of opportunity for all citizens" nahi "equality of treatment for all citizens". Isse kya lagta hai? Koi bhi person apni caste, creed, etc. ki jaankari nahi dekar equal treatment le sakta hai. To yeh kuch coaching institutes aur kuch people ye baat kehte hain ki Article 14 equal opportunity deta hai, jisse yeh wrong lagta hai. Lekin yeh to Article 15 me hota hai, "Equal opportunity should not be denied to any citizen on grounds justiciable in public law"...

Yeh common misconception alert tode hi hai, guys! I feel most students think 'common law' kya hai aur kaise function karta hai. But actually, woh sirf England aur Ireland mei apply hota hai, not everywhere in Commonwealth. Aur kuch countries mei 'civil law' system follow karte hain. So, let's stay informed!
Aapke point bahut hi valid hain. Logon ko lagta hai ki law aise hi hai jo TV pe dikhai jaati hain, lekin real life mein kai complexities hain. Apne point kaafi achhe se udaaiye hain, shayad yeh thread ke liye ek aisi shuruaat ho ki aapke point ka samadhan ke liye vichar kai log kar saken. Keep going!
