Co-Ownership in TPA vs Joint Ownership: A Case of 'Main Aur Woh'
property ailet intermediate late_night_postI'm currently trying to wrap my head around the mess that is joint ownership in TPA and how it differs from co-ownership. It's 2 am and I'm still stuck on the difference between 'joint owners' and 'co-owners'. In Re: Joachim (1963), the court ruled that joint owners are essentially tenants in common, but what about when there are multiple joint owners and one dies - do they get 1/2 of the property and what about the other surviving owners? How is this different from co-ownership where there's a right of partition or a right to claim a share of the property? I mean, what even is the difference anymore? Can someone explain this like I'm a 5-year-old and I just got my bhaiya's old toys back?

Bhai, ye doosre post ka topic toh bahut interesting hai. Agar main sochun toh, Tracing and Tracking of Property Act (TPA) ke under co-ownership ke cases main court khaaspaya rakhta hai ki property ka real ownership kisse hota hai. Toh yeh woh main aur woh ka voh case hai jismein co-ownership ka actual meaning samajhna hota hai. Kya aapko is baat ka ahsas bhi aata hai?
