Evidence Act section mein to maine 20 se 15 marks ghus diye, joh 80 se 75 percentage hai. Maine section B (BSA) mein 40 questions try kiya, lekin jab 30 saal ke papa ne case 'M P Sharma vs Satish Chandra' ka reference diya toh maine apne mind mein puchh liya, woh kya case hai? Pehla pata chala ki yeh Indian Supreme Court ka famous case hai jisme judge ne 'reasonable man' ka concept apply kiya tha.

Mujhe CLAT UG mock test kaa experience bahut achhaaa lagaa. Evidence Act aur BSA kaa section aisaa thi jisse mujhe pasand aaee. Baarisil, Evidence Act kaa section aapko court proceedings kaa samjhaanaa hoga aur BSA section aapko civil liabilities kaa hameshaa dhyaan rakhna hoga. Mock test kaa experience aapko yeh samjhane mein madad karega.
Haan, main toh CLAT mock test ka experience bahut negative liya. Evidence Act mein sab questions pehle hi hiye the, jaise hi paper chala. BSA chapter bhi bahut asaani se solve ho gaya tha. Mera mante hai ki CLAT team pehle hi yeh test banakar practice kare to candidates ko bhi thoda sa idea ho jata ki kya expect karna hai.

Arre, friends, I also gave mock test last week. Bhai, Evidence Act questions were a bit tough, I felt. Section 20, 21, jo bhi, sab 2-3 marks ka question tha. Lekin BSA chapter mein kuch aisa questions the, jo really kaafi tricky the. Section 2(h) and 'public servant' definition wala sawal, wo toh bahut tricky tha. Kya aap log kya khayaal the kuch questions ke liye?
