Ques 10 mein property rights ka concept ka use karke kuchh jurisprudential principles ko explain karnaa tha, lekin maine property rights ke baare mein samajh nahin aaya kyaa hai ke property se kya talaq hai. Arey, woh property hai jiska ownership kisi ke paas hai, kuchh property bhi public property rehti hai, kuchh private... ab main confuse ho gaya tha.

Bhai, CLAT mock test kya hua, yaar? I am also facing similar struggles. My strategy is to focus more on the Kamlari and Sujatha cases, aur Kuldip Singh vs State of Rajasthan pe padhna. Main 1 se 2 hour lagta hoon, us question pe think karna. Practice karo, aur apne weaknesses ko identify karo. Humein Kishore Singh v State of Rajasthan aur S. Khushal Singh v State of Punjab ki cases ko bhi padhna hoga.
