CLAT Disaster: A CPC Crash Course

cpc clat_ug advanced failure_story

I'm on my 3rd attempt, and I still can't wrap my head around CPC. I've been struggling with it for a while now. Initially, I thought it was just me being slow, but after revisiting old notes, I realized I was making it tough on myself. My problem was, I was relying too much on the bare minimum, not applying concepts to questions. Take the famous Shreya Singh v. Delhi Administration (2010) case - I'd study the ratio but not understand how it applies in other questions. I'm changing my approach now - I'm doing more practice with detailed explanations, not just memorizing judgments. Also, I'm making a separate note for application-based questions. It's a lot to cover, but I'm determined to nail it this time. Wish me luck!

Dude, I absolutely loved CLAT Disaster: A CPC Crash Course by sir! His explanations for Section 96 to 112 are mind-blowing. My only suggestion is to add more practice questions from last year's papers to make it more comprehensive. It's already helpful, but taking it to the next level would make it a game-changer. Well done, sir!
