CLAT Constitutional Law Nightmare

constitutional clat_ug intermediate experience_share

Maine socha tha I understand Contract, and then the paper happened ๐Ÿ’€. Last semester was a disaster - I failed two subjects and had to reappear. But I'm back, and I'm determined to crack CLAT. I gave a mock test yesterday, and it was a reality check. I scored 15/20 in Constitutional Law, but my weak areas are still killing me. I struggled with Fundamental Rights - couldn't differentiate between 19(1) and 21 ๐Ÿ˜…. And don't even get me started on the Seventh Schedule. I keep mixing up the Union, State, and Concurrent lists ๐Ÿคฏ. I need to work on my weak areas, focus on case laws like Golak Nath, Kesavananda Bharati, and Maneka Gandhi. Any tips or resources would be super helpful!

Arre bhai, CLAT can be haraam-khor, but don't worry, you'll get the hang of it! Focus on basics, practice past papers, and watch those video lectures. Understand the concepts of Basic Structure, Judicial Review, and Federalism. Make flowcharts, note down important points, and join online groups for discussion. And most importantly, don't lose faith, it's all about practicing and being consistent. You'll nail it soon.
