Main kuchh khud kehte hoon. Social Facts ko jurisprudence mein clarify karne ke liye humein anthropology aur sociology ka sath-sath adhyan karna hoga, na ki ek aur hi. John Austin ne social facts ko jurisprudence se alag karna tha, lekin Humayun Kabir ki baat thodi galat hai, woh kaha hai ki social facts aur laws ek hi cheez hai. Main kabhi bhi maante nahin hoon.
