Yaar, I think you guys are overcomplicating things here. IPC 299 is pretty simple. It's an act which by a person, or persons, with death or bodily pain as the probable consequences, intends to cause or knowing it is likely to cause, death or hurt, is culpable homicide not amounting to murder. Just remember: intention, knowledge, and consequences. Abhi toh ye formulas aur theories sunao, par khud se sochne ki aadat rakho.
