Can someone Explain this TPA Qn😕

Yaar, I was re-reading my notes for TPA, and I came across this Qn from last year's CUET PG Law: "X, a Hindu married woman, owns a plot of land as her separate property. She gifts this plot to Y, her mother-in-law, through a registered gift deed. Y then sells this plot to Z. Can Z be sued for trespass if X subsequently claims that the gift deed was a result of undue influence by her husband?" Maine ye question 3 baar padha aur abhi bhi samajh nahi aaya! 🤔 To approach this Qn, we need to understand the concept of 'undue influence' in gift deeds, especially in the context of women's property rights under the Hindu Succession Act, 1956.
