Koi regulation, order, or decree aata hai, aur phir yeh 20 pages ki long-winded explanation, aur ab humko predict karna padta hai kya karega? Kya humka predict karne ka adhikar hai ya koi andar ke netaon ka? Aur phir judicial review, mandamus, quo warranto... yeh kya cheez hai? Koi neta ya koi officer ko pata tha toh yeh sab karna theek tha, koi bhee nahi pata tha toh yeh karna zaroori tha.
Ab main kuchh seekh gaya. Waise bhi, General Law Studies ko samjhna padta hai toh ismein Administrative Law ka kya connection hai?
