BSA Law Needs a Bollywood Twist: Make it More Engaging for General Law Students
evidence general advanced hot_takeListen, I think General Law students get lost in the woods when it comes to BSA Law (Basics of Scientific Evidence). It's just a dry subject, full of dates, formulas, and jargon. My unpopular opinion is - we need to make it more relatable, like Bollywood movies. Think about it, who doesn't love a good courtroom drama? How I Met Your Mother's "Slap Bet" episode is basically an example of circumstantial evidence. Imagine if we taught BSA Law using pop culture references, memes, and analogies. It'll be more fun, engaging, and memorable. Trust me, it's not a joke. If I can explain the burden of proof using a Shah Rukh Khan movie scene, why can't our professors? It's time to spice up the way we teach BSA Law and make it more accessible to General Law students.
