Breach of Promise to Marry

Aapke point bhi achha hai, lekin maine padhai mei pata ki breach of promise to marry ke cases bahut kam case ho. Agar dono saath mein ek court marriage kiya hai, to fir bhi court marriage ka cancellation ho sakta hai, lekin promise to marry ke cases bhi bahut kam case ho.
