Breach of Peace by Politician

Kamlesh, a local MLA, while campaigning, creates a ruckus outside a school and disrupts the morning assembly. The Principal files a complaint under Section 188 of the IPC and Section 54 of the Bombay Police Act (BNPS) for obstruction and creating a disturbance in a public place. However, when the police try to arrest Kamlesh, his supporters attack the officers, and a minor clash breaks out. Now, the police want to book Kamlesh under Section 141 of the CrPC for causing breach of the peace.

What legal remedy is available to the police to hold Kamlesh accountable for his actions and the subsequent clash? Is this a case of 'breach of peace' under Section 141, and if so, what's the consequence?

Arey, chalo! Politicians ko breach of peace karne mein majboor nahin karna chahiye, magar aajkal ke samay mein yeh bahut common baat hai. IPC 188 mein breach of public peace ke under case lete hain. Humari judi system ko iske liye adhik strict rules banane ki zaroorat hai. Politicians ko public interest ke hisaab se kaam karna chahiye, naki apne interest ke liye.
