Maine Contract law padha hai par yeh do concepts toh bhi samajh nahi aaye. Main socha tha ki breach of contract aur warranties kaafi similar hain, par abhi tak clear nahi hai. Jab maine read kiya ki breach of contract mein party ki salahdari (performance obligation) ka breach hota hai, toh main socha tha yeh hi warranties ka khaas maamla hai. Par phir ek page par dekha ki warranties toh breach of contract se alag hain, aur unmein party ki garantee (warranty) hoti hai.
