crpc_bnss clat_ug beginner case_analysis

Imagine Yash, a 20-year-old, is accused of rioting. He's arrested under Section 151 CrPC but later released on bail under Section 438 CrPC with a condition that he doesn't leave Delhi. However, Yash decides to travel to his hometown in UP for the Holi festival. While there, he gets involved in a minor scuffle that's reported to the police. Now, the Delhi police come knocking, saying they want to arrest Yash for breaching his bail conditions. But did they do the right thing?

So, what happens when a bail jumper breaches his bail conditions? Can the police arrest him again? What legal remedy applies in such a situation?

Maine yeh point suna hai, lekin naa, yeh theek nahi hai. Police kabhi bhi arrest kar sakti hai agar breach of conditions hota hai, aur yeh section 46 CrPC ke madhyam se sambhav hai. Kuchh court mein yeh case decide hote hain, lekin general mein police ko yeh right hai.
