Book Recommendations for IP TS LAWCET
ipr ts_lawcet advanced resource_requestBhai, I'm struggling with IP. 3 saal se study kar raha hoon, phir bhi confused hoon. Hamesha ka problem hai, yaad nahi rehta koi cheez. Main try ke liye: Kiran's notes, S.C. Gupta's IPR, Lexicon's IPR, and some YouTube videos by sir V.K. Singh arekuch notes bhi suna hoon. Lexicon ka 1-2 chapter achha laga, isme to baat samajhne mein madad milti hai. Sir V.K. Singh ka video to achha hai, bas 30-40 minute ki video hai, lekin kafi baaton ki information hai. Lekin main kuch bhi yaad nahi raha. Bina notes ki madad se kuch samajh nahi aata.

Arre bhai, for IP, TS LAWCET, I wud say read "Copyright Law in India" by Prof. Kumar. Also, "Intellectual Property and Competition Law" by S. Shanthakumar is a good one. For TS LAWCET, just basic knowledge of Constitutional Law, Contract Law, and Property Law is enough, so "Constitution of India" by D.D. Basu and "The Law of Contracts" by R. K. Bangia wud do.
