So, yeh college ne student ko admission dene ke liye ek contract sign kiya tha, lekin ab student ko kya maloom, college ne unki fees wapas karne ke liye case register kar diya hai. Student ka kehna hai ki woh us contract se aware nahi the, lekin college ki baat hai ki woh student ne agreement sign kiya tha. Kya aaplog kahte hain?
