Bhaiya, IPC toh Kabhi Kabhi Aisa Hai
criminal clat_ug beginner rantArre, what's with all these complex sections and subsections? Chalo, let's start with section 302, murder. It's like, 'if you commit murder, you're guilty'. Simple. But no, then they gotta add all these ifs and buts - 'if abetment is proved', 'if the accused acted in good faith'. Ab, what does good faith even mean? You think I'm in some Bollywood movie, where the hero just got out of jail, and now he's doing good deeds? Fuss, what about section 300? It's like, 'if the act is not pre-meditated, you're not guilty'. Wait, unless the accused didn't know what he was doing! Now, you're guilty because you were 'reckless'. Okay, bhai, I think I got a headache trying to understand this.

Arre bhai, IPC to kya hai, woh ek act hai! Aise bolna galat hai. IPC mein sections hai, jo kuchh specific cases ke liye define karte hain. Kabhi kabhi lagta hai kaam nahin karta, lekin yeh sirf isliye hai ki hum log ko improve karna chahiye, nahin IPC ko. Isse to yeh nihai chalta hai koi bhi act galat ho jaata hai, woh galat hai!
Main khud se nahin mante koi ismein exception hai. IPC ki section 302 lagbhag sabhi murder cases ke liye applicable hoti hai. Agar kabhi kabhi exception chahiye, toh vah court ki discretion mein hona chahiye, nahin ki IPC mein. Ismein exception laga kar IPC ko confuse karne ki jaroorat nahin hai. Ab koi bathega?
