Bhai, whenever I order food from Zomato, I think of Section 23 of the Indian Contract Act, 1872

You know how sometimes you order food online and the delivery guy is like, "Sir, aapka order nahi mila, abhi tak." (Sir, your order is not available, yet.) Now, is that a breach of contract or what? Under Section 23, a contract is void if the consent of any party has been given under coercion, undue influence, or misrepresentation. Think about it, bhai - Zomato promised to deliver food, but they failed. So, they've breached the contract. But, in this case, the customer also gave his consent (by placing the order) under a mistake (thinking the food was available), which makes the contract voidable. Interesting, ne?
