admin ap_lawcet advanced experience_shareI just gave my AP LAWCET exam and I'm still trying to make sense of it. I was so confused between IPC and BSNL. Okay, okay, let's focus on Admin Law. So, our test had a total of 40 questions, 30 MCQs and 10 short answers. We had topics like Rule of Law, Executive Power, Administrative Tribunals. The questions were pretty tricky, especially on the concept of 'delegated legislation'. I scored 28 out of 30 in the MCQs, but my short answer questions were a disaster. I got 7 out of 10. My weak areas are: (a) Judicial Review and (b) principles of natural justice. I couldn't even apply the principles of audi alteram partem and nemo judex in sua causa properly.

Administrative Law ka test to aapko aakarshit karega ki aapke man mein hai ki koi bhi administrative action sahi ya galat ho sakta hai. Aapko sochne honge ki aapke actions ki pahaloon ka impact kya hota hai. Yeh test aapko iske liye tay karta hai ki aap administrative action ko sahi ya galat kaun manaate hain.
