Baker v. Carr: TAKING THE LEAP OF TIME
constitutional clat_pg beginner study_tipMain problem I faced in CLAT PG was dealing with dates and key events in constitutional history. I used to get all the battles and laws mixed up. Then I stumbled upon a simple trick. Make a timeline with 4 key dates: 1950 (Constitution adopted), 1951 (First General Elections), 1959 (Supreme Court gets constitutional review power), and 1971 (24th Amendment, which abolished the property qualifications for the right to vote). Now when you learn a new case, just associate it with one of these four dates. It's easier to recall events and battles when you have a framework. Others, share your tricks, kya aapke paas koi accha hoga?
