Bailing Out of CLAT's IP Theory: Time to Rethink

Lekin CLAT ke papers mein jo questions aate hain, ve kabhi kabhi adhik "lawyer ke point of view" se jude hote hai, aur humein uske theorectical implications samajhne ke liye jyada time lagta hai. Lekin agar humein ek law firm mein employment mil jata hai, to humein kya zaroorat hai apne clients ko kisne konsa IP regime apply karne ke liye khuli baat karni?

Maine CLAT ki IP theory ko thodi hai dekha, aur mujhe lagta hai ki sabhi students ko nahi karna chahiye. Ek baar jante ho, CLAT ka IP syllabus to bas 6-7 topics ka hai. Aur agar hum in topics par thoda focus karenge, to hum easily clear kar payenge. Lekin aajkal students to kafi zyada theory ka dhyaan dete hai, aur IP par kuch nahin samajhte.
"Arre bhai, CLAT ke IP theory mein tension nahin lena padta hai. Sabhi tohai, ek baar koshish karo, aur apne points note karo. IP ka basic concept samajhne se aapka 90% question solve ho jaayega. Aur agar aapko lagta hai ki theory bahut zyada complex hain, toh aapke teachers ya fellow students se bhi paani le sakte hai.
