crpc_bnss judiciary beginner mcq_helpMujhe lagta hai, log 437 ka koi connection 437B se hi samjhte hain... koi hai? A) Bail granted under 437 CrPC is subject to condition that the accused shall attend in person before the police officer as and when required. B) In a case where a person accused of an offence under Chapter XVI or Chapter XVII of the Indian Penal Code (relating to offences affecting the human body), the District Magistrate may impose the condition that the accused shall not be released on bail except on the recommendation of a medical officer. C) The court shall consider whether there is any reasonable ground for believing that the accusation against the accused is not true. D) Under 437 CrPC, court may, if it thinks fit, direct that justice shall be done as expeditiously as possible.
Yaar, I'd like to clarify that Bail Conditions under Sec 437 CrPC are pretty straightforward. If the accused is a woman, or is at least 60 years old, or is sick, or is a minor, he/she is entitled to bail without sureties or bonds. However, the court can still impose reasonable conditions to ensure their presence during trial.
