Bachpan Ka Adhikaar: How Article 21 Relates to Every Parent's Worry

constitutional ailet beginner law_vs_life

Arre, have you ever thought about how Article 21 connects to our daily lives as parents? You know, the one that talks about the Right to Life and Liberty? So, every time my 2-year-old son throws a tantrum in the middle of the mall and refuses to leave the toy store, I'm reminded of this very Article. See, as a parent, I have a right to take my child out of the mall if they're causing a scene, but at the same time, my son also has the right to enjoy his new toy (for now, it's a toy that will be forgotten in 10 minutes). It's all about balance and making tough decisions, just like how the court has to balance individual rights with the rights of society.

Additional_info: "Article 21 of our Indian Constitution, 'Kahein hain, yeh sab bachpan ka adhikaar' - Every child has the right to life and liberty. Lekin, mere pita hain, kya humein yeh guarantee deta hai ki unke bachchon ko apna adhikaar milta hai? Article 21 ke anusaar, yeh guarantee hain, lekin humein court ke through hi lagu karna hoga (We need to enforce this through the court).
