Bhai, Article 21 bahut hi important hai. Fundamental Right to Life and Liberty, kya hai iska matlab? Koi bhi vah action ya punishment jo zindagi ko samapt kare woh gairkanooni ho jata hai. Supreme Court bhi iska dhyan rakhta hai, jaise ki Maneka Gandhi vs Union of India ka case. Koi bhi individual ki zindagi ko samapt karne ke liye koi action lena gairkanooni hai.
