Apna Ghar, Koi Aur Chala Gaya?

Suppose I rented a flat in a society in Noida. My flat was a ground floor one and the owner of the building, Mr. Kumar, had promised me that the ground floor flats will always have direct sunlight in the living room and the balcony. But after 6 months, the owner builds a high-rise building on the adjacent plot and now my living room and Balcony don't get any sunlight. The byelaws of the society also don't mention anything about sunlight. What can I do? Can I get a court to order Mr. Kumar to remove the building? Which remedy would I be eligible for as per the Transfer of Property Act?
